Step 1 - Project Design

First, is the design phase where we will come on site to meet each client and discuss the details of their project. We will also obtain all the measurements needed to start on the design model. During this phase we encourage our clients to send us inspiration pictures, layouts, colors, any detail that they want included in their dream design. We utilize in-person and virtual reviews for each project and will do as many as it takes to get the design perfect!

Step 2 - Project Estimating

Secondly, is the estimating phase once the design is complete. We provide each client a budgetary cost estimate utilizing data that accounts for material pricing and labor in today’s market.

Step 3 - Project Management

Finally, is the management phase where we provide our clients an optional service to alleviate the stress of managing their own project. We provide support during the bidding process to firm up each customer’s budget and make sure they are comfortable proceeding before any work is done.
